In view of order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the private-respondent(s) is hereby dispensed with. By means of this petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Revision No.1423 of 2021, Computerized Case No.C20211040000001423 under Section 333 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950 pending before the respondent No.2. From Annexure No.3 which is a computerized copy of the order sheet, it is evident that for the first time the matter was reserved for orders on 28.08.2023 and thereafter, on 08.09.2023,

20.09.2023 and 04.10.2023 again orders were reserved, however, the case has not been decided till date. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2-Commissiioner, Ayodhya Mandal, Ayodhya to pass final order in Revision No.1423 of 2021, Computerized Case No.C20211040000001423, most expeditiously, say within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not examined the case of either party on merits and the Authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law.
