¶1After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners' recall application in Case no.D202304680000646 under Section 144 of U.P. Revenue Code is pending, which is fixed for 25.11.2023. He prays that the said application may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

¶2In the given facts and circumstances of the case, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sadar, District Sultanpur is directed to decide the recall application of petitioners pending in the aforesaid case in accordance with law after hearing all parties concerned within a period of three weeks from today and if required, he may proceed on day-to-day basis and thereafter also proceed to decide the stay application of the petitioners in accordance with law after hearing all parties concerned without any delay.
