Learned counsel for the petitioner claims that there is a dispute with regard to 560 Min Zumla situated at Village Lohangi Tehsil Baldirai, District Sultanpur. He further states that he has also filed application for recall, which is pending. Case is pending before consolidation Court. In the given facts and circumstances, it is provided that petitioner may move an application for stay in the said proceedings also. In case, any such application is preferred by the petitioner in the pending proceedings before Consolidation Court, the same may be decided expeditiously, in accordance with law.
