By means of the present petition, petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Mutation Case No.8/8/8/11/15/50/54/55/372/2005-2006, Computerized Case No.T2006044165, under Section 34 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending before opposite party No.1. Considering the aforesaid facts, as stated, as also the period of pendency of the the suit, in issue, i.e. about 18 years, this Court is of the view that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the present petition pending. Accordingly, present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.1-Nayab Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil-Akbarpur, District-Ambedkar Nagar to conclude the proceedings of the case(s),
