¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking petitioner's transfer from Government Industrial Training Institute, Agra to Government Industrial Training Institute, Kasganj.

¶3It has been submitted that petitioner has been engaged as a Guest Speaker in aforesaid institute in Agra but he is seeking aforesaid transfer on account of family exigencies and in view of fact that post is lying vacant in the institute at Kasganj.

¶4For the said grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation before the authority concerned. At present, learned counsel for petitioner restricts prayer with regard to final decision on the same.

¶5Considering the innocuous prayer, without entering into merits, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Director, Training and Employment/Vocational Educational and Skill Development, U.P. who shall consider and decide the same within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority along with fresh representation in case there is no legal impediment for the same.
