By means of the present petition, petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Case No.1115 of 2014, Computerized Case No.T-20141058011115 under Section 34 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending before opposite party No.1. Considering the aforesaid facts, as stated, as also the period of pendency of the the suit, in issue, i.e. about 9 years, this Court is of the view that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the present petition pending. Accordingly, present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.1-Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil-Maharajganj, District-Raebareli Nagar to conclude the proceedings of the case, in issue, i.e. Case No.1115 of 2014, Computerized Case No.T-20141058011115, most expeditiously, after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties to the litigation and without granting any adjournment to either party preferably within a period of three months from the next date fixed in the case, if there is no other legal impediment in this regard.
