Petitioners are aggrieved by the orders dated 15.09.2023 passed by opposite party no. 4 & 5 with regard to each of them finding them to be not entitled for the benefits of Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana and therefore directing them to return the amount which was already paid to them under the said Scheme. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that a bare perusal of the order shows that the petitioners are not entitled to the said Scheme but while giving the said finding, no opportunity of hearing is provided to the petitioners. In view thereof, orders dated 15.09.2023 passed by opposite party nos. 4 & 5 are set aside with liberty to the respondents to pass fresh order, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.
