¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. who appears on behalf of the State Respondents.

¶2This petition has been filed with the following main prayers:- "i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opp.parties comerned specially opp.party no, 2 to transfer the investi gation of case crime /. 1. & No. 0415/2023, under section 302, 201,34 I.P.C,Police station kasimpur District-Hardoi, to any other police station in District-Hardoi for fair and proper investigation. ii. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of of mandamus commanding the opp.parties conerned specially the opp.party no. to transfer the investigation of case crime/F.1. R. No.0415/2023, under section 302, 201,34 I.P. C. Police station-Kasinpur District-Hardo to by indepandent agency."

¶3It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the complainant in F.I.R. No. 415 of 2023, the Investigating Officer is not conducting a fair investigation, and therefore, the petitioner has made a representation to the Superintendent of Police, Hardoi, a copy of which has been filed as annexure -01 to the writ petition. No heed has been paid till date.

¶4This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Hardoi to look into the grievance of the petitioner as raised in his representation and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of a copy of this order is produced before him.
