On a query being put, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is still pending at the stage of filing of the additional written statement. In view of the above, since the petitioner himself is not filing additional written statement for which repeatedly time is granted to him, no direction can be issued, at this stage for disposal of the suit.
