Perusal of the documents placed on record indicates that an application under Order 7 Rule 11(d) of the CPC has been filed by the petitioner on 05.02.2023 and the order sheet does not indicate that the same has been disposed of till date. Even otherwise, issues admittedly have still not been framed. In view of the above, no direction can be issued by this Court for disposal of the Regular Suit no.26 of 2023 at this stage.
