This second petition has been filed for a direction to decide the S.C.C. Misc. case No.99/2019(Saeedunnisa versus Mohd. Amir) pending in the court of Prescribed Authority/Judge Small Causes Court, Lucknow within the time frame fixed by this Court giving a false statement in paragraph 1 of the petition that no other petition is pending nor has been decided earlier on the similar matter,whereas admittedly, the petitioner had filed Matters under Article 227 No.16 of 2023(Mohd. Amir versus Prescribed Authority/Small Causes Court, Lucknow and others) for a direction to decide the aforesaid S.C.C. Misc. Case No. 99/2019(Saeedunnisa versus Mohd. Amir) within stipulated period, in which a direction was issued by means of the order dated 04.01.2023, a copy of which has been placed on record as Annexure No.2 to the petition.
