Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the opposite parties to provide family pension to petitioner in terms of government order dated 7th April, 2022 since petitioner was a a widow fully dependant on her father late Ram Shanker Lal who passed away on 15th October, 2019. For the aforesaid grievance, the petitioner has already submitted a representation but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation before the concerned authority. Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation before opposite party No. 3 i.e. Sub Divisional Magistrate, Gauriganj, Amethi. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided in the light of government order indicated herein above in case same is applicable upon petitioner. If petitioner is found entitled for the aforesaid benefits, the same may be made available to petitioner within a period of two months along with arrears.
