RERA Act. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner states that conciliation proceedings raised by the petitioner may be decided by the RERA authorities, expeditiously. In view thereof, respondent no.2-Secretary, U.P. Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), is directed to decide the conciliation proceedings raised by the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, unless there is any legal impediment.
