Present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "(a) To issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus directing to the District magistrate or Gaon Sabha to take appropriate action upon the application dated 16.02.2023 given by the petitioner in the 16.02,23 interest of justice." After arguing, at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner says that present petition may be disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach appropriate forum/court. To the aforesaid prayer, learned counsel for the side opposite has no objection. In view of aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition.
