Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed an application for inspection of record of the Waqf No. 274 to 276, District Lucknow. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that petitioner may approach Chief Executive Officer, U.P. Sunni Central Board of Waqfs, Lucknow. If such an application is preferred, the same shall be considered. The aforesaid statement is taken on record. In the given circumstances, petitioner is permitted to move afresh application before Chief Executive Officer, U.P. Sunni Central Board of Waqfs, Lucknow within a period of seven days from today. In case such an application is filed, the same shall be considered and needful be done in accordance with law within a period of ten days, thereafter. Writ petition is disposed of.
