12.3.2020 in which it has been averred that the petitioner was directed to refund an amount of Rs.177400/- which was appropriated by the petitioner during his period of service. The petitioner submits that any such order passed by the General Manager of the Kanpur Dugdh Utpadak Sahkari Sangh Limited is subject to the approval of the Registrar Commissioner Milk and Dairy Development, U.P. - opposite party no.2. He submits that in this regard a representation has been given by him on 08.02.2021 which is pending consideration before him. After arguing at some length learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner shall be substantially redressed in case opposite party no.2 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated

08.02.2021 expeditiously. Learned counsel for the respondent does not object to the aforesaid prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, present writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the opposite party no.2 - Commissioner, Milk (Dairy Development), Lucknow to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2021 expeditiously, say within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him in accordance with law and communicate its decision to the petitioner.
