¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.

¶2The instant application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 15.07.2023 passed in bail application no.2367 of 2023 passed by learned Special Judge POCSO Act (Exclusive) First Raebareli relating to S.T. No.124 of 2023, Case Crime No.124 of 2023 under SEction 354 Kha, 504 & 506 IPC & 9/10 POCSO Act Police Station Bachranwa, District Raebareli.

¶3After argument at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the interest of justice would be served, if the bail application of the applicant is directed to be considered by the Court concerned. He further submits that the applicant shall surrender before the Court concerned and will file the bail application. He further added that this Court may be pleased to direct the Court concerned to decide the bail application of the applicant within stipulated period of time, as fixed by this Court.

¶4In view of the aforesaid submissions, present application is disposed of with a direction that in case, the applicant surrenders before the Court concerned and applies for bail, his bail application shall be considered and decided in accordance with law, expeditiously as possible.
