¶1Heard Sri Panna Lal Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing counsel for the respondents.

¶2The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to opposite party no.s 2 and 3 to issue corrected certificate and mark-sheet correcting the name of the petitioner's father i.e. Sheetla Prasad Yadav with regard to High School Examination 2013 with roll No.1433890.

¶3Learned Standing counsel, on the other hand, has produced an order dated 8.11.2023 passed by Additional Secretary, Madhyamic Shiksha Parishad, Regional Officer Prayagraj wherein the said corrected mark sheet has been attached showing the correct name of petitioner's father i.e. Sheetla Prasad Yadav. It has been submitted that original certificate has been issued to the concerned college of the petitioner namely Bright Start Convent School, Raibareli Road, Vrindawan Colony, Lucknow and the petitioner will be at liberty to obtain the same from the said college.

¶4In light of the fact that grievances of the petitioner has been substantially redressed vide order dated 8.11.2023 whereby name of father of the petitioner in the said mark-sheet/certificate has been duly corrected, no further direction requires to be issued by this Court.
