This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of CERTIORARI to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 20-09-2023 registered as case crime no.478/2023 under section 406/420 I.P.C. Police Station Shahbad, District-Hardoi, contained as Annexure no.1 to this petition." Learned A.G.A. has produced before this Court instructions sent by Sri Ram Kishor, Senior Sub Inspector, wherein it has been stated that notice under Section 41-A of the Cr.P.C. was given to petitioners, but he failed to cooperate. Instructions are kept on record. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the Investigating OfÏcer on 18.11.2023 between 10:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. for recording of their statement.
