¶1Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶2Present writ petition is filed by petitioners challenging the order dated 08.02.2023 issued to one Zareena Begum, wife of Ali Abbas that she has unauthorizedly occupied a property which has been auctioned.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel and learned counsel for private respondent no.5 and 6 raise preliminary objection that petitioners are not Zareena Begum and no notice is ever issued to petitioners and, thus, petitioners have no locus standi to file present writ petition. Further, order dated 10.07.2023 issued by Tehsildar concerned to Smt. Zareena Begum is also placed before this Court today whereby the notice dated 08.02.2023 is withdrawn by tehsildar concerned.

¶4Since, the impugned order itself stands withdrawn by the authority concerned, no further relief is required to be granted in the present writ petition.
