¶1Learned A.G.A. for State-respondents is present.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the first information report dated 01.08.2023 at Case Crime No.0445 of 2023 under Section 366 IPC at Police Station Colonelganj, District Gonda and with a further prayer to stay the arrest of the petitioner no.2.

¶3Learned AGA states that the investigation has been concluded and final report has been prepared on 22.09.2023, hence, the present petition has become infructuous.

¶4Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the supervisory authority to place the final report before the court concerned within two weeks, if not already filed.

¶5Till the submission of final report before the competent court or till four weeks, whichever is earlier, petitioner no. 2 Shubham Chaturvedi shall not be arrested in pursuance to the impugned FIR. Order Date :- 16.11.2023 Arnima High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
