Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the private opposite party learned A.G.A. for the State/respondents and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record. This petition has been filed by the petitioners for the following main prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ, in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 29.08.2023 bearing Case Crime No.522 of 2023, under Sections 417, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506, 34 of I.P.C., lodged at Police Station Fatehpur, District Barabanki." On the basis of the counter affidavit filed earlier learned A.G.A. submits that final report has been prepared on 18.10.2023 and submitted before the Supervisory Authority for taking necessary decision. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction that for a period of four weeks for taking decision by Supervisory Authority or till the decision taken by the Supervisory Authority, whichever is earlier the petitioners shall not be arrested.
