This Court has perused the Notice dated 11.02.2022 issued under Section 3 of U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970 by which the petitioner was asked to appear before the District Magistrate on 24.02.2022 alongwith his explanation as to why the final order for externment under Section 3 (3) may not be passed against him. The petitioner has straightway approached this Court. This Court has gone through the petition and finds that there is no interim order staying the operation of the impugned Notice. The Final order may have been passed by the District Magistrate, Barabanki. In view of the above, this writ petition has become infructuous and it is dismissed.
