¶1Heard Sri Deepak Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners.

¶2Sri Deepak Singh has submitted that he has been informed by the petitioners that in compliance of the order of the writ court, representation has been decided, however, copy thereof has not been served upon the petitioners till date.

¶3Be that as it may, if the representation of the petitioners has been decided, copy thereof shall be served upon the petitioners or their counsel at the earliest so that the petitioners could assail that order before the appropriate court of law, if they are feeling themselves aggrieved from that order.

¶4In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt petition.

¶5Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed.
