(3) None appears for the petitioner.

(4) Learned A.G.A. has produced before this Court the instructions sent by Shri Anupam Singh Bhadauriya, Sub-Inspector of Police Station Gangaghat, District Unnao, wherein it has been stated that during the course of the investigation the involvement of the petitioner Lakhan Yadav @ Ram Lakhan, was found and the Charge-sheet No.82 of 2022, dated 26.03.2022, under Sections 452, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. has been prepared and sent to the Supervisory Authority.

(5) Since the Charge-sheet has been prepared by the Investigating Officer, it is presumed that sufficient evidence has been collected and filed with the Charge-sheet before the Trial Court for its evaluation, therefore, this Court feels it to be inappropriate to interfere at this stage.
