¶2None appeared on behalf of the revisionist.

¶3Learned AGA for the State is present.

¶4Instant revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C. has been preferred against the impugned order dated 20.08.2014 passed by S.D.M., Bighapur, Tehsil-Bighapur, District-Unnao, in case crime No. 22/27/27A, under Section 145 Cr.P.C., village-Bihar, Police Station-Bihar, Tehsil-Bighapur, District-Unnao.

¶5It transpires from the office report dated 18.07.2023 based on the report of CJM, Unnao that sole revisionist Ashok Kumar Singh has died approximately one year ago and there has been no application moved by his legal heirs to continue the revision. Moreover, the period of ninety days to approach this Court from the date of death of the revisionist has also lapsed.
