¶1Learned A.G.A. for State-respondents is present. None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the first information report dated 25.02.2023 at Case Crime No. 0027 of 2023 under Sections 323, 504, 506, 427 IPC at Police Station Sujauli, District Bahraich and with a further prayer to stay the arrest of the petitioner.

¶3Learned AGA for the State-respondents has produced before this Court instructions sent by Sub Inspector Om Prakash Yadav, police station Sudhauli, District Bahraich dated

24.04.2023 and the same is taken on record. On the basis of said instructions it has been stated that Final Report has been prepared and submitted to the Supervisory Authority, hence, the present petition has become infructuous.
