¶1Heard Sri Abhinav Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party who has filed affidavit of compliance indicating therein that the order of the writ court has been complied with as the representation of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 10.10.2023 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Unnao which has been enclosed as Annexure no. A-1, the same is taken on record.

¶2In the wake of the aforesaid development nothing remains to be decided by this court in this contempt petition.

¶3Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed.

¶4Notices discharged.
