¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned AGA and perused the record.

¶2The present application has been filed by the applicant to direct Civil Judge (J.D.)-I/Judicial Magistrate, Ambedkar Nagar to decide the Matrimonial Case No.1484 of 2021, "Reena Singh Vs. Hemendra Singh" under Section 31 of D.V. Act, 2005 pending before him, expeditiously.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only prayer of the applicant is that a direction may be issued to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously.

¶4Learned AGA has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant.

¶5In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, I hereby direct the Civil Judge (J.D.)-I/Judicial Magistrate, Ambedkar Nagar to decide the Matrimonial Case No.1484 of 2021, "Reena Singh Vs. Hemendra Singh" under Section 31 of D.V. Act, 2005 pending before him expeditiously in accordance with law without giving unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
