¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned AGA and perused the record.

¶2The present application has been filed by the applicant to direct A.C.J.M. outlying Court, Kunda, Pratapgarh to decide the Bail Cancellation Application U/S 437(5) Cr.P.C. dated

18.06.2022 and further be pleased to decide the Application U/S 229A I.P.C. dated 07.04.2023, Application U/S 446 Cr.P.C. dated 01.07.2023, Application U/S 446A Cr.P.C. dated

01.07.2023 and Bail Cancellation Applictaion U/S 437(5) Cr.P.C. dated 25.08.2023 submitted with some new facts in continuation of the prevision Bail Cancellation Application U/S 437(5) Cr.P.C. dated 18.06.2022 in Criminal Case No.2010/2021, "State Vs. Bhai Lal Pandey and Ors." arising out of Case Crime No.115 of 2021 under Sections 294, 504, 506 I.P.C. P.S. Manikpur, District-Pratapgarh pending before him, expeditiously.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only prayer of the applicant is that a direction may be issued to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously.

¶4Learned AGA has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant to decide the pending application of applicant under Section 437(5) Cr.P.C.

¶5In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, I hereby direct A.C.J.M. outlying Court, Kunda, Pratapgarh to decide the Bail Cancellation Application U/S 437(5) Cr.P.C. pending before him expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, if there is no legal impediment.
