Judgment

Court No. - 19 Case :- SECOND APPEAL No. - 171 of 1988 Appellant :- Jagnu And Others Respondent :- Baldev And Anr. Counsel for Appellant :- Avadhesh Kumar,R.K. Sharma Hon'ble Jaspreet Singh,J. The appeals are of the year 1981 and 1988 respectively. In both the appeals, appellants Budhai and Baldev were aged about 73 and 78 years respectively, whereas appellant Jagnu was aged about 63 years. In one of the appeals, it has been reported that Baldev has expired. However, no substitution application has been carried out in the Second Appeal No.171 of 1988. Moreover, since the parties as mentioned above, have apparently crossed the age of 100 years and none appears for either of the parties to press this appeal, accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
