¶1Sri Prabhakar Tiwari, learned learned counsel for the opposite party has filed affidavit of compliance enclosing therewith the copy of the order dated 28.10.2023 whereby the deponent / Tehsildar, Musafirkhana, District Amethi has concluded the proceedings of section 34/35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in terms of order of this Court, affidavit of compliance is taken on record.

¶2In the wake of the aforesaid development, nothing remains to be decided by this Court in the present contempt petition.

¶3Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed.
