¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Mr. Anand Dwivedi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties no.1 and 2.

¶2In view of order being proposed to be passed, notices to opposite parties no.3 and 4 stand dispensed with.

¶3Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties not to release post retiral benefits due to opposite party no.3, who is alleged to be petitioner's husband. Further relief for direction to opposite party to conduct an appropriate inquiry regarding registration of name of opposite party no.4 and her daughter in the service documents of opposite party no.3 has also been sought.

¶4After arguing the matter at some length, on the basis of instructions, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition in order to avail herself of the appropriate remedy.
