¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State, Sri Mohan Singh, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha and Sri Jay Shanker Shukla, Advocate, who has filed his Power today on behalf of respondent no.8, which is taken on record.

¶2Petitioners have approached this Court claiming that their stay application is pending before respondent no.1, which may be directed to be decided.

¶3These matters are cognizable by a Bench dealing with matters under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
