¶1Today this case is taken up for hearing, neither learned counsel for the applicant is present nor any request has been made to adjourn the case.

¶2This is the second bail application moved on behalf of the applicant-Ujjawal Bhatt.

¶3Perusal of the record would reveal that on 01.08.2023 when this case was last listed, learned counsel for the applicant was not present and in this scenario a last opportunity was provided to him to participate in the proceedings and today also learned counsel for the applicant is not present nor any request has been made to adjourn the case.

¶4It appears that 'pairokar' of the applicant has lost interest in prosecution of the instant bail application, moreover, this is the second bail application, as the first bail application of the applicant has been rejected on merits.
