¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court seeking for the following main relief:- "(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Opposite Parties specially the Opposite Party No. 1 to 5 to take necessary steps for removal of encroachment over Highway from Semri, Raebareli to Parshadepur, Nanauti at Milestone No. 24, Dhakiya Chauraha, which has been illegally encroached by the private respondents no.6 to 15."

¶3On instructions, learned Standing Counsel states that the proceedings are already initiated against the concerned persons who have encroached the land of public road and will be concluded within a period of three months.
