¶1Learned counsel for petitioner states that due to developments which have taken place during pendency of the writ petition, some new reliefs/pleadings are required to be added/amended in the present writ petition. He, therefore, prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with amended pleadings/reliefs.

¶2Learned counsel for respondents have no objection to the same.

¶3With the aforesaid liberty, present writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn. Fresh petition may be filed by petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.
