¶1Learned counsel for petitioners has filed a supplementary affidavit today in Court and the same is taken on record.

¶2Learned counsel for petitioners prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petitioner as the credential of persons claim to be represented by the petitioners is not reflected in the petition at all.

¶3With the aforesaid liberty, petition is consigned to record.

¶4In the fresh petition, petitioners shall show his credentials and social work conducted by them as well as the claim that villagers are such poor persons that they cannot represent themselves. .
