The instant application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been preferred for the following main relief:- "Whereas under the above-mentioned facts and grounds, this Hon'ble High court may kindly direct to the chief Judicial Magistrate Sultanpur to decided/disposed the Criminal Case No. 1806 of 2022 (Suresh Chandra Vs Durgesh & Others) Case Crime No. 64 of 2011 Under Section - 307, 504 1.P.C. police station Jaysinghpur, district Sultanpur, as soon as possible on merit of the case in stipulated time, in the interest of Justice." Considering the period of pendency of the case in issue, which appears to be pending since 2011, as also that from the order sheet annexed with the petition, it appears that the application under Section 245(2) is pending consideration, the present application is disposed of with a direction to the Court concerned to do needful in the matter expeditiously.
