Learned Standing Counsel on instructions states that the land of petitioners bearing Gata No.102,situated at Village Behta Pakaudi, Tehsil Laharpur, District Sitapur, which is recorded as Abadi land, is not being disturbed for the Gaushala and in its place the lands bearing Gata Nos.437 & 438 are identified for the purpose of Gaushala. The aforesaid statement is taken on record. In view thereof, no further relief is required to be granted. The writ petition having become infructuous is consigned to record. (Om Prakash Shukla,J.)
