¶1Heard Sri Bahar Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.S. Rajawat, Advocate who has appeared on behalf of District Basic Education Officer, Sultanpur.

¶2Sri S.S. Rajawat has produced the copy of order dated 26th of October, 2023 passed by District Basic Education Officer, Sultanpur disposing of the representation of the petitioner in terms of the order of Writ Court. The copy thereof is taken on record and the same is provided to learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶3In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt petition.

¶4Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.

¶5Notices, if any, are discharged.
