The first petition filed by the petitioner for the same relief bearing Misc.Single No.23763 of 2020 was disposed of by this court with a direction to decide the execution case expeditiously and in the light of the observations made by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Rahul S.Shah Versus Jinendra Kumar Gandhi and others;
