The appeal is of the year 1993 and the record indicates that respondent through counsel Shri Sudhakar Mishra has moved an application on 23.02.2023 indicating therein that the sole appellant Ram Roop had died 10 years ago, whereas respondent Nos.1 to 5 have also died in the year 1997 to 2020-21. Copy of the application was received on behalf of learned counsel for the appellant, Shri M.A. Siddiqui. But none has put in appearance today to press this appeal nor any application for substitution has been moved nor any response has been filed to the said application. In view of the aforesaid, since parties to the appeal have already died, accordingly, the appeal is abated. Consigned to records.
