¶2Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1, 2 and 4 and Ms. Priyanka Singh, learned Counsel for respondent no.3.

¶3Admittedly, the petitioner is being impacted by the construction, therefore, he has personal grievance in the matter.

¶4Learned Counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition in his personal capacity.
