Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel. Petitioners have approached this Court claiming that private respondents are interfering in peaceful possession of the petitioners over the property in dispute bearing Gata No.831, situated at Village Pasgawan, P.S. Pasgawan, District Kheri. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioners have an alternative remedy of filing suit as the dispute is between the petitioners and the private respondents. In view thereof, the petitioners are at liberty to file the suit along with the injunction application before the appropriate Court/Forum. In case an injunction application along with the suit is filed by the petitioners, the same shall be decided expeditiously. With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition is disposed.
