¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the order dated 30.08.2022 whereby the petitioner has been debarred by the respondent mission from supplying of HDPE pipes to the Rajya Peyajal avom Swachhata Mission.

¶3Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the debarment is indefinite as no time is provided for the same.

¶4On instructions, Shri Sudeep Kumar, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 assisted by Shri Samir Om, Advocate states that the debarment is for the period of mission and the mission is only till 31.03.2024 and, thus, the petitioner is debarred from supplying HDPE pipes to the aforesaid Mission till 31.03.2024.

¶5The statement is taken on record.
