¶1Heard Sri Manish Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ram Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party.

¶2Sri Ram Kumar Singh has produced the copy of instruction letter dated 14.11.2023 enclosing therein the copy of order dated 11th of November, 2023 passed by Mission Director, U.P. State Rural Livelihood Mission, Lucknow whereby the representation of the petitioner has been decided in terms of the order of the Writ Court, copy thereof is taken on record and a photocopy thereof is provided to learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶3In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt petition.

¶4Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.

¶5Notices, if any, are discharged.

¶6However, it is always open for the petitioner to assail the order dated 11th of November, 2023 (supra) before the appropriate court of law, if the petitioner itself feels aggrieved from that order.
