¶1Heard Sri Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Amrendra Pratap Singh, learned Standing Counsel.

¶2Sri Amrendra Pratap Singh has shown copy of office memo dated 26.10.2023 issued by the Principal Secretary, Department of Basic Education, Government of U.P., Lucknow deciding the representation of the petitioner in terms of the order of the writ court; photocopy thereof is taken on record and photocopy thereof has been provided to the learned counsel for the petitioners.

¶3In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt petition.

¶4Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed.

¶5Notice, if any, stands discharged.
