¶3Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, respondent no.2-Secretary, U.P. Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Lucknow is directed to decide the execution proceedings finally in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order, after hearing all parties concerned, within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
