The instant application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been preferred for the following main relief:- "That for the facts, reasons and circumstances, stated in the accompanying writ petitioner, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pleased to Issue a, order or direction to the opposite party No.2 i.e. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, District - Lucknow to decide the criminal case No.9761 of 2021, U/S 406 I.P.C Cr.P.C. State of U.P vs Salik Ram and others pending before him since 5.01.2021 within a time frame period in the ends of Justice." Considering the fact as indicated including the fact that the FIR was lodged on 19.09.2019 and thereafter the charge-sheet dated 01.04.2020 was submitted before the court concerned and thereupon the trial court took cognizance on 05.01.2021, the present petition is disposed of with direction to court concerned to conclude the proceedings with expedition, if possible and if there is no other legal impediment in this regard.
